These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Goturkey website, mobile experience, patient account, messaging tools, treatment-planning features, and travel coordination services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use Goturkey on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them and to provide their information.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate, current information, protect your sign-in credentials and verification codes, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may ask you to verify your identity or contact information before allowing access to sensitive case or travel information.

Goturkey is a coordination platform for health-travel planning. We help patients prepare a case, share information with suitable clinics and doctors, communicate with support agents, and arrange related travel services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Goturkey is not itself a hospital, clinic, doctor, airline, hotel, insurer, or emergency service.

Clinics, doctors, laboratories, airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Their separate terms may also apply.

Content, estimates, AI-supported pre-checks, image previews, treatment matches, and case summaries on the Platform are informational and preparatory. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, medical opinion, or guarantee of suitability or results. A qualified clinician must review your case and make the final medical decision.

Do not use Goturkey for urgent or emergency care. If you have severe symptoms or believe you are having a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

You may submit health history, treatment goals, photographs, videos, scans, reports, prescriptions, messages, identity details, and travel documents. You confirm that information you submit is accurate, belongs to you or is provided with permission, and does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Goturkey permission to host, process, reproduce, translate, and share it only as reasonably needed to operate your case, obtain provider review, deliver requested services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Displayed prices, package descriptions, doctor matches, dates, and availability may be preliminary. A quote becomes binding only when the responsible provider confirms it and any required payment or deposit is accepted. Clinical findings, exchange rates, supplier changes, baggage, taxes, or additional services may change the final price.

Review all provider documents before booking. You are responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, insurance, medical fitness to travel, and arriving on time with accurate passenger information.

Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Goturkey does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. Charges, currencies, and included services are shown before you confirm payment.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rights depend on the booked service, fare or package, the relevant provider's terms, and mandatory consumer law. Any specific conditions shown at checkout or in a confirmed offer form part of these terms. Processing and currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable where law permits.

You must not:

• use the Platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or to impersonate another person;
• upload harmful code, abusive content, or information you have no right to share;
• attempt to bypass authentication, security, rate limits, or access controls;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Platform except where law permits; or
• harass patients, providers, agents, or staff.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Platform.

The Platform relies on third-party services for authentication, communications, payments, storage, analytics, artificial intelligence, maps, and travel fulfilment. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services. Goturkey is not responsible for an external service outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

The Platform, brand, interface, text, software, and original media are owned by Goturkey or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No other right is granted.

We use reasonable care in operating the Platform, but digital services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goturkey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information you provide, or acts and omissions of independent medical and travel providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated in the Platform. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts and authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
