Ask us to delete your GoTurkey health account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to install the app.

What your request covers

Your account profile, treatment cases and health information, photos, videos, documents, messages, feedback and linked travel records held by GoTurkey.

What happens next

Your request goes to our support team for review. We will confirm completion and coordinate deletion with service providers where applicable. Submitting this form does not instantly delete your account.

Some payment, medical, security or transaction records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons. We will explain any applicable retention and its duration when handling your request. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a confirmed treatment, booking or payment.
